MEGA AMPS

WEST COAST IPA

TASTING NOTES:

Strong bitterness paired with high hop aroma levels which give way to flavors of pine, citrus, and floral notes.

Coulombs, Centennial, and Chinook hops blend together to give you the perfect combination of hops to give this IPA it’s distinct and bitter flavor. The hops combine together in Amps to send flavors of pine, citrus, and flora through to compliment the hoppiness perfectly. Next time you’re in Loose Ends Brewing, grab yourself an Amps and see what a great IPA can taste like.

ANDRE-MARIE AMPERE

John Loose, stemming from electrical engineering, mixes his passion for craft beer with science. Amps is named after Andre-Marie Ampere and the founder of amps, the measurement of current in electrodynamics. In 1827 Ampère published his magnum opus, Mémoire sur la théorie mathématique des phénomènes électrodynamiques uniquement déduite de l’expérience (Memoir on the Mathematical Theory of Electrodynamic Phenomena, Uniquely Deduced from Experience), the work that coined the name of his new science, electrodynamics, and became known ever after as its founding treatise.
