Distinct corn-like malty flavor and a faint but noticeable floral and herbal bitterness and low fruity esters.
Sit back and relax on a hot summer’s day, enjoying a cold refreshing Prokop cream ale. DOM PROKOP DIVIŠ, O.PRAEM.
John Loose, stemming from electrical engineering, mixes his passion for craft beer with science. The story of Prokop was especially interesting to John. He loves the story and the process Prokop went through, discovering one of the first grounded lightning rods. John wanted to name a beer after Prokop, letting his story live on. Prokop didn’t just create a lightning rod. He inadvertently created one of the first grounded lightning rods. With a love for science, Prokop set out with an impossible mission. Prokop wanted to prevent thunderstorms from happening. As ridiculous as it may be, he created something that helps us today navigate the world of science. Much is discussed as to whether or not he created the first lightning rod, but he is often claimed as the European lightning rod inventor. Now, he lives on, through delicious craft beer, all thanks to John Loose.
